For our shipping because it is Reliable, Guaranteed, Efficient,
Traceable and Insurable. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility
for shipping errors related to wrong shipping addresses, customs
delays and agreements reached between the buyer and FedEx to forgo
a signature on delivery.
Can I Get Items Shipped To My PO Box Address?
Unfortunately, no. for security reasons we require a physical (street)
address for door- to-door delivery.
What about Customs Charges?
You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once
a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your
responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country
to country, please contact your local customs office for further
information. Please Note: If a shipment is rejected because of customs
clearance charges you will be responsible for any fees incurred.

• All items use the FedEx Global Express, which is delivery
to your door within 2-3 working days.
• For Small parcels, beadsnclasps.com recommends use of envelope
type shipment for saving costs.
• Also you can put as many items as you want, until the weight
reaches 500 grams (included the package and envelope)/ shipment.
• We always pack you items in a small box, and put your valued
items in an envelope and cost the same rate as the envelope type.
• All packaging material we use is the best packaging material
for gemstones.
• Duty Fee or Tax or Tariff, customer take responsibility
for all cost that occurs.
• Gift Wrap is available for any beadsnclasps.com items,
